Several years ago I was given a signed Michael Schumacher photo as a gift.
From that moment, I became interested in autograph hunting.
Initially I focused on trying to obtain the signatures of the heros of my youth, this I did by searching the internet for auction sites and fan sites.
This provided me with items to bid upon, and contact address to write to....... so I bid, and I wrote.
My first success came about by contacting a former manager of Michael Bruce, a former member of the Alice Cooper Group.
I emailed the manager, explaining that I had attempted to buy a hand written note from a member of the band, but was unsuccessful, to my surprise I received a reply, saying that he had something in Michael Bruce`s own handwriting, and if I covered the cost of postage from the USA then I could have it.
When it arrived, it turned out to be some song lyrics on a scrap of paper,he also enclosed a rare signed photo of Michael Bruce with Alice Cooper backstage after an Alice concert in the USA.
Spurred on by this I spent many hours researching celebrity address and writing letters.
Soon I was inundated with autographed cards, photos and other memorabilia, and all for a little bit of effort and a stamp.
Michael Bruce hand written lyrics..... priceless....... to me something money can`t buy.

I don`t trade autographs on ebay any longer due to the amount of rubbish that is for sale in their listings, i don`t want to be associated with it.
I find that sourcing items for collectors through my website a much more rewarding pastime, this is proven in my buyer retention.
